... about ONLINE Training for your workplace.
Together we can make it something to be proud of and something that has a lasting positive effect in you organization.
“Our Service was experiencing an increase in Respectful Workplace complaints which led to lengthy investigations. The Service identified a knowledge gap regarding supervisor’s responsibilities related to legislated requirements and personal protections afforded by Human Rights. To correct this knowledge gap, the Service engaged Stephen Hammond who was key in closing the gap by compiling customized online training modules for our employees. The course has been a success in assisting our employees feel confident in addressing issues in the workplace, recognizing when their own protections are being violated and how to ensure they are not placing themselves in a situation that could possibly lead to social media misconduct. The online training was accessible to all employees; including those who work shift work, which assisted our Service to reach the target audience. After a few months of training the Service noticed a significant reduction in complaints, and comments of appreciation from leaders for the investment in their professional development!”

We welcomed Stephen to provide respectful workplace training in person to our Fire Department Leadership group in 2016. With the recent development of an online format we are able to provide a refresher to those staff. The course is easy to follow with recent relevant information provided in an entertaining way. The feedback we have received from our staff was so positive, we have decided to provide what we feel is this critical online workplace training to all of our staff.
